Arrowhead Health Alliance operates as its own governmental entity.
The Directors of Public Health and Human Services from each member county, along with the AHA Director, make up a development team that reports directly to the AHA Board of Directors.
The AHA Development Committee is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Arrowhead Health Alliance. This includes implementing and improving existing programs as well as developing new initiatives. Members of the Development Committee attend all AHA board meetings.
The Board of Directors is comprised of one Commissioner from each member county. Each member county appoints one Commissioner to act as the primary and one Commissioner to represent the primary in the event of his or her absence.
