Arrowhead Health Alliance (AHA) is a partnership between the Health and Human Services agencies of Carlton, Cook, Lake, Koochiching and St. Louis counties in Northeastern Minnesota. We value collaboration and innovation.
AHA was originally formed to explore the feasibility of developing a county-based purchasing entity (CBP) enabling the counties to operate as a managed care organization. Our mission, purpose and methods have evolved over time to suit changing needs and take advantage of new opportunities.
